Analysis of The Effect of Competence, Workload and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Promotion on The Safety Behavior of Health Workers at X Karawang Hospital

Hospitals as a place for health services can be dangerous and high-risk places work safety. Work accidents are generally caused by two main things, namely unsafe behavior, conditions, it is estimated that occur due to behavior. The purpose of the study was determine effect Competence, Workload, OHS Promotion on safety behavior workers at X Karawang Hospital. research method used causal associative with quantitative techniques using cross-sectional approach. population amounted 417 people. Samples were taken purposive random sampling technique obtained 179 samples workers. results showed affect conclusion shows together significantly workers, partially competence promotion variables have significant while workload variable does not implications expected input committee management achieving zero ensuring all levels employees follow policy without exception, providing adequate facilities resources so policies implemented properly including regular training, evaluation implementation, reward punishment.
